Abortionist Bullies His Victim
I’m writing to share an important update on the lawsuit against Champaign-area abortionist Dr. Keith Reisinger‑Kindle, founder of the Equity Clinic. He stands accused of severely botching an abortion, perforating the patient’s uterus, and leaving behind the human remains of his abortion victim—just as Jane Doe’s lawsuit claims
A state agency has already taken action—issuing a $5,000 fine, reprimanding him, and ordering mandatory safety training. But now Reisinger‑Kindle is escalating the fight—filing court papers in late June 2025 to unmask Jane Doe and push for a gag order to silence her.
At issue: although she’s identified as “Jane Doe” in court filings to protect her privacy, Reisinger‑Kindle’s attorney—Chicago-based Mimi Moon and her team—argue it’s “unfair” that she remains anonymous while his identity is public. The suit asserts that Doe has already spoken to the media and clinically detailed her story publicly, undermining any claim to privacy. His lawyers argue that issues such as abortion don’t qualify for anonymity protections the way sexual assault or domestic violence cases do.
This is a disturbing intimidation tactic. By pressuring Jane Doe to reveal her identity and seeking a gag order, he's sending the message: “We’re coming for your identity and your right to speak.” It’s a bid to silence her—and potentially deter any other woman from stepping forward.
Where are the so-called “pro‑abortion” or “pro‑women” voices now? Their silence is deafening.
