Illinois Right to Life (IRL) is a charitable organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. In accordance with Internal Revenue Service guidelines, Illinois Right to Life maintains discretion over the use of all donated funds. IRL attempts in good faith to allocate funds in consideration of donor preferences as they are expressed; however, when that is not possible, gifts will be used where they are needed. Donors therefore release IRL to spend financial gifts without restrictions, including gifts made to Project Love and other IRL programs.
