And now they are manufacturing the human pesticide RU-486 for the U.S. Still, Permanent Normal Trade Relations passed the U.S. Senate without conditions. Steven Mosher, president of the Virginia-based Population Research Institute, lamented: “...Two decades after the Carter Administration, both directly and through international organizations like the World Bank, encouraged China to radically control its population growth, we now have China unleashing a form of chemical warfare against our own people.
