Planned Parenthood Express Have you heard of Planned Parenthood Express? Planned Parenthoods latest approach to spread their message that casual sex is responsible behavior as long as you use birth control is now invading the Chicago suburbs. As of September 2005 a Planned Parenthood Express exists in Schaumburg, Naperville, and Orland Park. Steve Trombley of Planned Parenthood Chicago Area is quoted saying that they plan to open one express location each year for the next six years. If that does happen, there will be a total of nine express locations scattered throughout the Chicago suburbs. What is the express referring to in Planned Parenthood Express? Express health centers aim to make access to birth control more convenient, saving clients time and money by forgoing a full gynecological exam, explained Mr. Trombley. Since birth control methods are so safe, a full exam is not needed before a woman can start using them, he added. What Trombley did not reveal is the half-price special they offer 12-17 year-old children for all of these birth control methods. Get teens hooked on sexual activity now to produce the big-ticket item payoff later when they are counseled to get an abortion at one of Planned Parenthoods downtown locations. The younger they get started, the more abortions Planned Parenthood will be able to sell. I wonder what price they charge 11-year-olds? Planned Parenthood claims that comprehensive sex education and easy access to all forms of birth control will substantially reduce unwanted pregnancies and abortions. Such claims are contrary to the facts. Various studies have concluded that access to birth control, especially for teens, results in increased pregnancies and abortions. One study concluded that for every 1000 teens who used birth control, abortions increased by a range of 50 to 120. Alan Guttmacher Institute, the research arm of Planned Parenthood, did a study that produced similar conclusions. A number of abortionists have been quoted as fully aware of, and in agreement with, those conclusions. Since Planned Parenthood knows that their claims are false, they intend to profit from the increased abortions generated by their efforts. Over the last 20 years they have increased their market share of abortion services from 5% to 20% of the national total. How could they possibly be serious about reducing demand for the very product where their business continues to grow by 4-10% each year? Planned Parenthood is the nations largest abortion provider. Their last annual report indicates Planned Parenthood performed 255,015 abortions in 2004. Planned Parenthood is promoting one thing to the public (reducing unwanted pregnancies and abortions) while selling the very thing they claim their family planning will reduce. Parents beware! Planned Parenthood is targeting your daughters as the source of their future abortion revenue. Bill Beckman
