Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation have been caught in the act of abetting statutory rape by ignoring the reporting requirements of child abuse laws in all 50 states. The evidence was obtained through an investigation done by Life Dynamics where a caller claimed to be a 13-year-old girl with a 22-year-old male partner. In over 90% of 800 such phone calls (100% of 21 Illinois calls), the girl was advised on how to circumvent the law to obtain an abortion and contraceptives. Employees agreed to keep the sexual relationship — though statutory rape — a secret.

This blatant disregard for the reporting requirements of statutory rape laws by Planned Parenthood (PP) and National Abortion Federation (NAF) puts minor girls at risk from child predators. A review of PP and NAF web sites and training materials makes it very clear that both organizations are fully aware of these reporting requirements. They have made definite decisions not to comply, thus demonstrating that they consider themselves above the law. For more details on this investigation, check www.ChildPredators.com.

Life Dynamics has sent letters to every school district in the nation to warn them of potential legal liability for negligent referral. School districts are at risk of being implicated in the unlawful activity of Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation if they refer students to these organizations or allow them to make presentations to their students. These risks can be addressed by ending any existing relationships with organizations that violate the law and establishing policies to prevent such relationships from being established in the future.

Priests for Life has developed a program for follow-up on the Life Dynamics letters. As a taxpayer you have a right to raise issues at school board meetings. Priests for Life has developed a process and questions to guide taxpayers in performing effective follow-up with their local school board(s). By getting the issue on the agenda and presenting written questions for the school board to answer, you can encourage your local school board to both protect children and reduce the risk of lawsuits that will cost you as a taxpayer. If you would be willing to contact your school board, please call Priests for Life at 888-735-3448. Ask to talk with Chris Morales about the Child Protection Project. He will explain the steps involved and send you the information you need to pursue this issue.
