Life Dynamics has sent letters to every school district in the nation to warn them of potential legal liability for negligent referral. School districts are at risk of being implicated in the unlawful activity of Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation if they refer students to these organizations or allow them to make presentations to their students. These risks can be addressed by ending any existing relationships with organizations that violate the law and establishing policies to prevent such relationships from being established in the future.
